Anxiety Can Be Beaten

Anxiety is not just for adults; small children and teenagers can suffer from anxiety also.

My story is about a little girl who aged 12. Her mother approached me because the girl suffered from anxiety. She would go through sleepless night with her daughter crying and worrying about what might happen to her.

Her daughter could not stay over at night with friends which is the normal thing girls of this age would do.

As soon as there was any change in her routine the daughter would have anxiety attack.

I first looked at the daughter numerology then her bedroom and then her name.

Her daughter was born on the 16th which gives her a birth number of seven.

With seven as your birth number you will naturally have feelings of doubt, disbelief and anxiety about the future. You will also suffer lots of emotional drainage. Seven is also a spiritual number and a number that needs knowledge.

I knew once I could give Brooke the knowledge that she needed to feel confident we would create a change in this little girl.

When I looked at her bedroom it was easy to see why this little girl was just emotional all the time. There was far too much water representation in her bedroom. She had blue on the walls, blue quilt, blue sheets and then lots of dolphin pictures around the room. When you have too much of the water representation in a bedroom you will feel as if you are drowning in emotions all the time. A parent will décor a bedroom to how they are also feeling about their child and what is happening in the house hold.

I suggested that most of the walls be painted white with a feature wall of purple. The little girl needed a feeling of structure.

We change her quilt to purple, pinks and greens. We removed most of the dolphin pictures around the wall and replaced with a family portrait. To give Brooke a sense of support and security. The room felt and looked amazing after the change. You could sense a total new energy even standing at the door.

Next I looked at the name that she was christened. It did not match her personal numerology. It was no wonder she was searching for her own identity. Her name number crunched to depression and having to go through heartache and headache to have what you want. When I spoke with her mum she said that was what she was going through before she had Brook.

I then asked Brook to sign her name. It was all over the place again another indication of how she felt about herself.

As with the room the changes were easy. By removing the E of the end of Brook that immediately changed the numerology of her name to her correct numerology.

A few lessons on how to sign her name quickly created another new and positive energy.

The most interesting factor was when I said we needed to remove the E off Brook's name to be in alignment with her personal numerology, her mum replied that the only time Brook felt confident and loved doing something by herself was when she went swimming.

Interesting enough her swimming coach has never put the E on her name no matter how many times I have told him the correct way to spell her name.

I told her mum that when Brook was swimming she felt confident hence her swimming coach saw her as the inner special person she was so it was natural he would spell her name the right way and find it difficult to spell her name that did not match her.

It only took a few months and we have a new confident, happy and smiling 12 yr old.

She even tried out a few months after my visit for a modelling project. That was how confident she felt about herself.
