Chris started with a motivational CD and booklet on the power of your undies and how to work with colour to change your life. From the initial production of the CD Chris took her concept one step further and developed the Coloured Undies® Programme. A six session programme where clients learn the mind, body and environment connection. A programme that totally changes clients lives and helps them get back on track no matter what has been happening in their life. From losing weight both physically and emotionally, finding true love, conquering financial burdens to starting new careers or clients turning their businesses around.
From the success of the Coloured Undies® Programme she then took the programme further and developed The ART of Living Well.
Chris then introduced the Coloured Undies® Annual Dinner and Awards for the everyday person who has changed their life. The annual dinner and awards are held at the beginning of the Chinese New Year. Check out the winners of the awards and success stories.
Chris has always been a leader in health and wellbeing programmes.
Chris initiated and developed one of the first wellbeing and lifestyle programmes in universities in Australia at the University of New England. She was also contracted to introduce a similar programme to the Superannuation Department of the Australian Taxation Department. At the University of New England, Chris was invited to be part of the team to work with the International Executive Development Programme with the Department of Administrative, Higher and Adult Education. A 12 week programme that attracted participants from different countries who held positions of Management in International public and private sector organisations in Asia, the Pacific Nations and Africa.
Chris has appeared on numerous radio stations, TV channels, magazines and in media articles.
She has clients throughout Australia, New Zealand, Belgrade, New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, Dubai and Doha.
