Our one day workshop teaches the connection of the mind, body and your environment.
 
Chris shows you how easy it is to create change in your life through the use of colour, the power of the mind, the energy of your environment and the action steps that you can take on a daily basis to create the domino effect to the new you.
You cannot progress in a material world without action. Most courses certainly teach you the power of the mind, the law of attraction but where do you go to from there. Our workshops give you daily action steps to take and reality check to make. From the clothes that you wear, through to your keys, the way you sign your name, your car, your home environment, your desk at work all tell a story. Once you get the story right you get your life right.
 
If you feel you are not in control of your life. You suffer depression, anxiety or addictions then it is time to take back your life. Chris will inspire and motivate you and show you how other women have gone from despair, financial struggle, anxiety, depression and loss of self worth to regaining their identity. Intention, Alignment, Action - One day workshop

Often we start with a goal or a dream but we do not follow through.  We lose belief in ourselves or belief in our goals and dreams.  We get swayed by others and pull off course.

This workshop teaches you:
  • How to set an intention - to set a goal
  • Check to see if you really want the intention or goal
  • How to stay in alignment each day
  • How to take action steps each to ensure that you complete and reach your goals.

From our Intention, alignment Action workshops we have a 90% success rate of our participants achieving their goals and dreams.
Creative Workshops - One day workshop

Learn how easy it is to paint a picture and allow your inner child to come out and play
Manifestation Board - How to see exactly what you are creating in your subsconcious.
Manifestation boards or sometimes known as vision boards are an excellent way to draw to you what you want in life.
When you choose a picture to place on your board you are allowing the subconscious show you what you really think about the possibility of achieving your goals.
 
You get to see exactly what the subconscious is feeling.
 
For example if a female wants to attract a partner into her life but she does not believe she can have one. If she is blonde she will select a picture of a female with a partner who has brown or black hair. She will cut part of the head off or some parts of the body.
 
In our workshops when a participant does this, I then ask the question do you really want a partner and the normal answer is yes then why did you select a female that does not have a similar appearance to you. Once the participant acknowledges her mistake and then chooses a new picture of a female with blonde hair and full body she had made a subconscious decision to totally have that partner.
